Please carefully inspect and read everything before approving the design. After your approval, any errors in spelling, address, or numbers will be considered approved by you. Thank you for your cooperation.

It is important to note that mistakes in the design are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, for 'lot printed products,' no returns will be accepted for color variations or moderate quality prints that fall within our general medium-quality standards for the local Pakistani market.

Our general work is of medium quality, in line with the standards of the local Pakistani market. A direct comparison with high-quality standards is not feasible, and refunds for quality-related matters will not be processed in full. Instead, a partial (or full amount) credit note will be issued, which can be adjusted in the invoice of your next order. We appreciate your understanding.

Exchange Policy

we strive to provide you with the best on-demand printed products. While generally, on-demand printed items are not eligible for exchange, we understand that there may be circumstances where an exchange is warranted.

Exchange for Defective Fancy Items:

If you receive a fancy item with a defect that significantly impacts the quality of the product, we are committed to addressing the issue. In such cases, we offer a 'remake' service, where the defective product will be remade and exchanged for you. Please note that the content on the exchanged product will be the same as the defective one. If you wish to update the content during the remaking process, a 50% fee of the product's selling price will be applicable.
